  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (Trader Joes works great)

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 2 cups milk of your choice, fuller fat milk for extra creaminess

Heat milk of your choice on the stove top, stir in cocoa and sugar. Make sure to stir thoroughly to remove all clumps. Pour into a mug, add shot of Bourbon and top with marshmallows. Enjoy! Serves:1

Mimosas are versatile cocktails that can be had any time of day from brunch to after dinner. They are also so simple and festively red.
